I am an Estonian

Gather about one tenth of the whole nation to one huge square and form them into a enormous singing choir, singing together the songs that brought them the freedom from soviet tyranny without a single drop of blood.

Now try to imagine how these song would sound. For us Estonians, it was so emotional and grandiose, that it brought goosebumps on the skin and tears to the eyes of many who participated.

This is how we celebrated the 17th anniversary of Estonia’s second Independence and 20 years from the initial events of Singing Revolution. Happy second birthday, Estonia!

chattima=lobama

Õega msn’s chattides kasutas ta toredat (ja minujaoks täiesti uut) tegusõna “lobama“, mis on lihtsalt geniaalne.

ÕS annab vasteks lobisema, loba ajama.
Seega tegemist on olemasoleva sõnaga, mis aga (vähemalt minu tutvusringkonnas) kasutust leidnud ei ole. Seega kasutan esimese õigust ja kavatsen selle tegusõna igatahes sujuvalt kasutusse võtta, märkimaks sõnumivahetusprogrammides “sõnumineerimist”, “vestlemist” või “chattimist”!

Seega: ei mingit chattimist (rõve anglikanism, go away!) enam, edaspidi lobame!
